Over the years Frans has been active in Hookon VZW, one of the first ISP's in Belgium and later became CEO of XS4all Internet NV Belgium where he servered for a number of years. Since 2001 he is working as an Independent Strategic Consultant within the Belgian Internet Market. He has worked for some mayor ISP's, The Belgian Internet Service Provider Association, The Belgian Internet Broadband Applications Platform, ... and some foreign investment companies.

Jeroen has been active over the years as a Technical Consultant, Project Manager, .... He specialised in Management Web-interface, back-end integrations and service automation for mayor websites and other projects within some of the Big Internet Companies in and outside Belgium.
